ABS & BACK: 30 minutes of activity that is extremely focused abdominal and back exercises aimed at strengthening these very important (but often neglected) muscles which serve to properly align & support the spine.

BODY SCULPT:  Improve muscular strength & endurance training performed in a group exercise format, which provides an excellent opportunity to learn or improve weight training form & technique. Beginners will experience a rapid increase in strength, while the experienced participant will discover a fun & challenging way to improve muscular endurance.

BUDDHA  BELLY DANCE: Introduces participants to basic belly dance movements, vocabulary of belly dance, Middle Eastern music, veil work, traveling and footwork all in a fun environment.  The structure of the class is as follows: Warm-Up: Stretching & Strengthening through Yoga, Posture Recognition, Isolation Drills, Stationary Belly Dance, Traveling Movements and Simple Cymbal Patterns.

CARBON CORE FITNESS: This class uses the step platform for 20 minutes of funky fun step aerobics, 20 minutes of kickboxing moves to sculpt your upper and lower body and 20 minutes of weight-bearing/core exercises. This class will redefine your core and gluts to give your lower body the ripped and firm definition you have always dreamed!

CARDIO KICKBOXING: Greatly improves cardiovascular & muscular endurance as you jab, cross, hook and kick to upbeat and energizing music.

HI-LOW IMPACT COMEBACK: High energy & intense enough to achieve improve cardiovascular fitness & body composition while low-key enough not to strain lower body joints.

PILATES: Redefine your body through this core strengthening class designed to improve flexibility, coordination, and posture as well as body alignment and breathing.

PILATES BALL: Total body conditioning combining flexibility and strength work while utilizing the stability ball for resistance, balance and increased core work.  Improves balance, strength, flexibility, and posture while focusing on the Pilates Principles.  For all levels.

PI-YOGA: This class a combination of movements from Yoga and Pilates to improve strength, flexibility and posture. All fitness levels welcome.

RICOCHET YOGA© is a combination form of yoga and Akido Martial Arts principals. Yoga means “to join”. Aikido is translated as “the Way of unifying (with) life energy” or as “the Way of harmonious spirit.” The instructor uses Yoga to encourage participants to practice the healing benefits of Yoga that increase strength, endurance, flexibility, and balance in movement, while practicing various Yoga poses to temper and release both the fear and the aggressions that we encounter on our daily path of physical and spiritual development. Ricochet Yoga © rests on The Aikido Way Principal, which allows one to redirect the force of an attack rather than opposing it head-on. This is an ideal practice for those who suffer with controlling temperament.

ROCK HARD: Challenge yourself with this class which will increase muscular strength and cardiovascular endurance.  No fancy choreography, just skills and drills that will increase your speed, agility, strength, and stamina. This 60 minute power packed class is designed to chisel the entire body!  

SENIOR FIT:  is a low intensity, low impact, moderate level cardio class designed specifically for beginners to fitness. Designed to build bone strength and reduce the risk of falls by improving strength, posture, balance and flexibility.  The exercises in this class are proven safe and effective for managing osteoporosis.  The class involves functional strength training such as leg lifts, squats, and lunges with a focus on correct form. Enjoy a total body workout at a pace that’s just right for you!!!   (Appropriate for all ages)

STEP TO THE CORE:  Improve your cardiovascular system while stepping through various patterns and then strengthen your core as you perform exercises for the hips, abs, and back.

TEEN FIT: This class is designed for youth ages 12-18. The class will consist of a mix of hip-hop dance, interval and strength training. We make it hot by topping it off with a mix of core strength moves that are off the charts.

YOGA: Develop muscle tone and improve physical condition while promoting flexibility and relaxation through yoga. Class incorporates fluid movement with deep and rhythmic breathing. Matching movement with the breath not only enhances the health benefits of each pose, but also puts you in a more focused, calm and meditative state. This class has movements appropriate for beginner students with modifications available for the more advanced yoga participant.

ZUMBA:  is a Latin-inspired, dance-fitness class that incorporates Latin and international music and dance movements, creating a dynamic, exciting, exhilarating, and effective fitness system.  The Zumba Fitness combines fast and slow rhythms that tones and sculpt the body using an aerobic/fitness approach to achieve a unique blended balance of cardio and muscle-toning benefits.
